This documentary by Taryn Mayer and Alivia Alexander, made through the UA School of Music, explores how collective singing supports health and well-being across the lifespan. Through personal narratives, chorus members reflect on the social, spiritual, physical, and mental impacts of making music in community, and how singing together differs from singing alone. Created as part of the Music in Health Story Lab, this film highlights community music-making as a meaningful practice of connection, resilience, and care.
